Vacation Rental Description

Waterfront Cottage in Traverse City!  just minutes from Interlochen  
Arts Academy. 
 
Come and be the first to enjoy this newly remodeled (inside and out)  
cottage that is nestled on 110 feet of Silver Lake.  Just minutes  
from the heart of Traverse City, where you will find an array of  
family activities.   
 
You will enjoy the sunporch overlooking the lake with your morning  
coffee.  This cozy 4 bedroom cottage has been renovated and  
redecorated with new furniture, paint and carpet.  The first bedroom  
offers a queen bed and views of the lake.  With children in mind,  
the  
second bedroom is arranged with two sets of bunkbeds.  Upstairs, you  
will find the spacious third bedroom which includes a set of  
bunkbeds, a queen bed with lake views and a small balcony/deck.   
Fourth bedroom is small but perfect for toddlers/porta-crib, etc.   
Sofa sleeper is also available for use in the living room.  Fully  
stocked kitchen is complete with full size fridge, stove and  
dishwasher making dining in very convenient.  Full bathroom has been  
redecorated also. 
 
With 110 feet of lake frontage, enjoy the sandy beach and gradual  
slope into the water-perfect for children to swim.  Dock available  
for fishing/ski boat with launch access a short distance from the  
cottage.  Enjoy the surroundings from the deck just outside of the  
sunporch.  A second deck/patio is located at the beachfront and  
includes picnic table and BBQ grill. Large yard includes fire pit  
near the beach. Firewood included.  Pets NOT allowed.  No smoking.

Lake. Golf Course less than five minutes away.  This cottage is  
located within minutes of a variety of Northern Michigan activities  
including wineries, shopping, restaurants, Interlochen Arts Academy  
Live Concerts and much more.

Vacation Rental Rates

$2,600 per week + 6% MI tax for mid-June through August. 
$2,100 per week + 6% MI tax for the remaining weeks of the year. 
Some weekend/holiday specials available.
