Vacation Rental Description

Honu Hale is a two story home with 2 units available:  
It is just 300 steps down a quaint private lane from Kailua beach 
and around the bend from Lanikai beach.  

HONU HALE: The spacious upstairs 3 bdrm/2 bath unit (1300+ sq.ft.) 
(ideal for 4-6, 8 people maximum)
Bedrooms: 2 full bedrooms (master bedrm queen bed, second room has 
both queen & double beds), a small 3rd sleeping room with a double 
bed, and sofa bed in the living rm.  
Two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, solarium 
area, living room, and lanai (enclosed tiled porch) which serves as 
the open air dining room of Hawaiian-style family living. (wireless 
internet, cable TV/DVD, lines/beach towels, iron/ironing board, 
shared washer/dryer in carport, spacious parking area, outdoor 
shared BBQ) 
Our home overlooks the garden on one side and the Mid Pacific 
Country Club golf course, backed by beautiful sunsets over the 
magnificent Ko'olau mountains, on the another.  

BABY HONU: The ground level unit (500+ sq.ft.),1 bdrm (queen bed), 1 
bath very comfortable for 2 people (4 people max),double size futon 
in the livingroom, small kitchette with full size refrig, hotplate, 
microwave, toaster oven,enclosed screened lanai (ironingboard/iron, 
beach towels, wireless internet, cable TV/DVD shared washer/dryer in

The property is on a huge lot (9,000 sq.ft.) at the end of a quiet 
lane, away from any street noise.  There is an on-site manager to 
help you.

Activities and Attractions

Kailua beach is relatively quiet, frequented by families, with 
shallow water perfect for boogie boarding or swimming with the local 
sea turtles.  Kailua is  also home to golfing, windsurfing, 
kayaking, and snorkeling.  Unlike Waikiki where most tourists stay, 
it is the perfect beach for a moonlight stroll, with almost no one 
else around.  Kailua has some great restaurants, shopping and is 
only 25 minutes from Waikiki, Pearl Harbor and Honolulu airport via 
the Pali Highway through the cliffs and rainforest of the lush side 
of the Island.
 

Vacation Rental Rates

HONU HALE: Upstairs 2-3 bedroom/2 bath unit: (ideal for 4-6, 8 max)
Rates are for 4 people. Additional guests add $15/person/nite
- $1,500 per week ($250/nite, 7th nite free) 
 Add $200 cleaning fee and state tax of 11.962% on the rental amount 
 
BABY HONU: Downstairs1 bedroom/1 bath unit:(Groundfloor, 4 max)
Rates are for 2 people.  
- $720 per week ($120/nite, 7th nite free)
- ($140 nite for 4 people)
Add $100 cleaning fee and state tax of 11.962% on the rental amount
