Waterfront Home on Private Lake in Plymouth

Beautiful waterfront home on private full recreational lake. 80 feet of
of shoreline with wonderful swimming in a crystal clear lake and
great bass fishing. Home was completely renovated and redecorated.
Has two bedrooms and two full baths, one with a
jacuzzi tub. Also has a pull out sofa in a separate den for extra
sleeping space. Full use of laundry facilities and outdoor hot spa
(spa available from June 1st to September 1st only).
All amenities including cable tv and high speed interent, just bring your sheets and towels..
Some pets allowed depending on size and training.

Home is fully equipped with dishwasher, Jennair stove, washer and
dryer, radiant heat, bedroom air conditioners, microwave, jacuzzi
tub in bathroom. Weekly Rates includes cable tv, high speed internet and all utilities. There is an outdoor hot spa which overlooks the lake (spa available from June1st to September 1st only). We have a 10x36 deck
with three sliding doors overlooking the lake as well. there is also
a 12x12 deck right at the water's edge to catch the amazing sunsets.
The lake water is crystal clear and the fishing is infamous.

The home is located one mile off route 3 at exit 2, but is on a dirt
road surrounded by country. It is 15 min to historic Plymouth center
and Plymouth Plantation. It is also two miles to the Sagamore
Bridge and Cape Cod Canal. There are 17 golf courses within 15 min
and numerous beaches as well. Close to everything including a
supermarket, liquor store, video store, water park, etc, yet in your
own country paradise.

June July August: $1500.00 per week
September and October - $1300 per week
November to May 31st: $1200 per week, nightly $150

September 1st to May 31st: $1250 per month plus utilities for a 9
month lease.

Individual months: September - May - $1300 per month utilities included
