The condo includes a private screened balcony overlooking the Gulf, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom, guest bedroom, and high speed wired and wireless internet access. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and private bath. The living room and master bedroom open to your private screened balcony providing you with spectacular views of sunsets. With the balcony doors or windows open, you can hear the gentle sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen has been remodeled with new kitchen appliances and new tile is throughout the kitchen, dining area, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

The condo rests directly on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. It is ideally located mid-island with a private beach and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. There is a Publix grocery store and full service marina within walking distance. A trolley stop right in front of the condo will take you to downtown Fort Myers Beach or shopping.

Our condo complex includes a heated pool, chaise lounges for sun
bathing, tiki huts, barbecue grills, shuffleboard courts, and
laundry facilities. The kitchen is fully furnished
including a dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, and smooth
top range.
The condo also includes high speed wired and wireless internet
access, DVD/VCR player and cable TV.
All bed linens and towels are provided including large beach towels
and beach chairs for your added convenience.

Available on the island are tennis, golf, biking, and workout
facilities. Florida's best sailing, fishing, parasailing, jet
skiing, windsurfing, boating, and snorkeling/diving are conveniently
located. The beach is ideal for wildlife viewing and shelling.
Premium outlets, upscale shopping, beach shopping, restaurants
galore, Regal Cinema's, and sightseeing are all minutes away. A
Casino boat and pier are also nearby. The island trolley with a
stop in front of the condo is a convenient way to travel the island.
