The condo is conveniently located on a private beach directly on the Gulf of Mexico.
The condo includes a private screened balcony overlooking the Gulf, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom, guest bedroom, and high speed wireless internet access. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet and private bath. The living room and master bedroom open to your private screened balcony providing you with spectacular views of sunsets. With the balcony doors or windows open, you can hear the gentle sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen has been remodeled with new kitchen appliances and new tile is throughout the kitchen, dining area, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.
The condo rests directly on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. It is ideally located mid-island with a private beach and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. There is a Publix grocery store and full service marina within walking distance. A trolley stop right in front of the condo will take you to downtown Fort Myers Beach or shopping.

Our condo complex includes a heated pool, chaise lounges for sun bathing, tiki huts, barbecue grills, shuffleboard courts, and laundry facilities. The kitchen is fully furnished including a dishwasher, microwave, and large refrigerator. The condo also includes high speed wireless internet access, DVD/VCR player and cable TV. All bed linens and towels are provided including large beach towels and beach chairs for your added convenience.
