Vacation Rental Description

This BRAND NEW beach rental at 825 Brighton Court is perfectly located 
just steps away from both the ocean and the bay.  Located in South 
Mission Beach (on the bay side) this ground floor rental is a 
spacious two bedroom/two bath unit with all the comforts of home.
Brighton Court is a family court with friendly neightbors and 
many home owners enjoying a beach lifestyle. We invite you to enjoy south mission
beach as one of our first summer vacation renters!

All new linens and furnishings for summer 2008!!
Completely furnished non-smoking unit includes 1 Queen,  twin 
beds.  Linens and towels are provided. Three TVs are provided 
(inclunding a 42" plasma flat screen) with local cable and  DVD players,
as well as wireless internet, a loaded kitchen with microwave, 
and newer appliances.  Additional bonuses include ceiling fans, 
fireplace, patio with furnishings, a BBQ grill and heater, washer/dryer,
dishwasher, and one carport parking space.  
This unit is the envy of area owners – let alone renters!

Activities and Attractions

San Diego is famous as an outdoor lover's paradise.  Swimming, 
boating, surfing, cycling, skating, running, scuba diving and deep 
sea fishing are some of the activities that abound in its beautiful 
climate.  There is also world class shopping in the lovely upscale 
village of La Jolla, as well as numerous shopping malls throughout 
the area.  

Sea World is 2 miles away and an easy bike ride.  The World Famous 
San Diego Zoo is 10 miles and the Wild Animal Park and Lego Land are 
under 45 minutes.  

Belmont Park with the Big Dipper Roller Coaster, Plunge Olympic Size 
swimming pool and the new Wave Rider is a 5-10 minute walk down the 
boardwalk.

June $215 per night! One June weekend left June 19th thru 22nd

$1500- $2200/wk  Sat-Sat

August 2009
$1500-2000/wk Sat-Sat


10.5% city room tax will apply to rental rate.
$500.00 security deposit to hold reservation.
$100.00 cleaning fee deducted from deposit.

Rent and tax due 60 days prior to arrival.
