Vacation Rental Description

With more than nine million annual visitors, the Great Smoky  
Mountains National Park is a proven resort destination. And from  
White Oak Lodge and Resort, you'll literally be steps from the park,  
where you can explore the nature trails and so much more. In fact,  
you just might capture a glimpse of a black bear peeking behind a  
tree or a deer bounding through the forest. Here, nature is your  
neighbor.  
 
 
There’s no better way to experience the flavor of Gatlinburg than  
from a rustic log home—one reminiscent of days gone by, yet  
featuring the staples of today’s modern lifestyles.  
 
 
Each fully furnished log home offers almost 1,500 square feet of  
space. Inside, you’ll discover a master suite with a whirlpool tub;  
flat screens televisions with DVD players in each bedroom room and  
the living room; a gas, stone fireplace; fully equipped kitchen with  
granite countertops and stainless steel appliances; and spacious  
bedrooms with log-inspired furnishings. Outside, a covered front  
porch is a perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee and the  
screened-in back porch with hot tub the ideal place to relax after a  
day of sightseeing.  Golf course is directly across the street from  
the resort. 
 
All linens, towels, cookware and dinnerware are provided.  There is  
a king size bed in the master and a queen in the second bedroom.   
Deluxe air matresses are available in the unit to accomodate 2  
additional guests.

Summer Special!!: Nightly Rates: 2 or 3 bedroom $160 per night plus tax with a 3 night min 
                   Weekly Rates: $925 per week plus tax 
Sept:  Nightly Rates: 2 or 3 bedroom: $120/nt plus tax with a 3 night min. 
       Weekly Rates:  2 or 3 bedroom: $700/wk 
Oct:   Nightly Rates:  2 or 3 bedroom: $140/nt plus tax with a 3 night min. 
       Weekly Rates:  2 or a 3 bedroom: $800/wk  
May: Nightly Rates: 2 or 3 bedroom: $140 per night plus tax with a 3 night min. 
     Weekly Rates: 2 bedroom: $800/wk 
June/July/Aug: Nightly Rates: 2 or 3 bedroom: $190/nt with a 3 nt. min 
               Weekly Rates: 2 or 3 bedroom: $1100/wk 
 
 
3 bedroom cabin does not feature the pool table as shown in the 2 bedroom cabin. 
 
Rate does not include 10% state/local tax. 
 
Nightly rentals require a minimum of 3 nights stay. 
 
Must be at least 21 years of age or accompanied by parent or  
guardian to check-in. 
 
No pets and no smoking permitted in cabin. Please be advised that  
this is a brand new resort and there are still some ongoing  
construction projects taking place around the property.  This should  
not interfer with any amenities, etc. and will only take place  
during business hours Mon-Fri.
