Downtown Historical Greystone Townhouse in Montreal

Baile House is nestled in a residential enclave known as Shaughnessy Village in the heart of downtown Montreal.  Originally built for priests visiting the neighbouring Grey Nuns Mother house in 1875, this grey-stone town house was renovated in 2007 with quality materials, craftsmanship, and careful attention to the use of space. 

Twelve feet ceiling graces the first floor of our restored 1800's grey stone home where you'll find the spacious living room, dinning area, and fully equipped kitchen.  Our Home features 4 bedrooms, and an additional den (5th bedroom) with a futon, and 3 bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor and 2 on the lower floor (1 room being the den and is connected to the 4th bedroom). Charming little characteristics such as exposed brick walls, original windows (and wood shutters), and original pine wood floors through out the home decorate the entire building.

Located just minutes from our doorsteps are many artisan cafes, ethnic eateries, grocery stores, shopping (Montreal's main shopping centres: Eaton Centre, Place Montreal Trust, Les Ailes, and St. Catherine street shopping), and the night life (Crescent Street).  Public transportation is 3 blocks away with bus routes along the way to get you anywhere.  Discover Montreal's History in Old Montreal just a short 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes by metro (3-4 stops away).
