After enjoying your breakfast, walk up to 'The Hawthorne' and spend the rest of the day enjoying the neighborhoods, shops, coffee houses, breweries, and theaters that make up this wonderful area.

If you prefer to go downtown, the Pearl District, International Rose Test Garden, Chinese Garden, and Japanese Garden, along with Powell's books and great dining are a short drive or bus ride away. If Skiing is on the Agenda, Mount Hood is just an hour and half drive away, or for the same hour and half drive, grab the beach kit we have prepared for you and spend the day at the beach! If you want a shorter outing, our picnic kit is waiting to accompany you a few short blocks to Mount Tabor park, or further afield, to the Columbia Gorge, either of which is a peaceful place to spend your afternoon.

After a fun day out and about, come home and enjoy the beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and cherry cabinets, grill something yummy on the deck, or head out to one of the local eateries. When it is time to rest, discover the upstairs with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has luxury bedding to provide an exceptional nights sleep. The Master bedroom is equipped with a King bed, the second bedroom with a Queen and the final bedroom has a double bed with a pop-up trundle, so do let us know if you would like to sleep two in this room and we''ll make sure it is all ready for you.

One month minimum booking

The monthly rate includes all utilities such as water, heat, electricity, WI-FI, etc.  Also included in this rate is a monthly house cleaning.

To book a property we accept a deposit of $250.  The $250 is both a “reservation” deposit and a “security” deposit.  

In the case of reservations longer than two weeks, we request 50% of the total rental cost or the first months rent, which ever is less.

The balance of the first month’s rent (if any), and an additional $250 security deposit (if required) is due 45 days prior to check in.

Subsequent payments are due on the monthly anniversary of the check in date.

When you check out (and there is no intentional breakage or special cleaning issues) we promptly send you a check (or refund you credit card) for the amount of the security deposit.
