multi-million dollar high rise condos, Ocean Breeze captures the feel 
of the once quiet fishing village. This ranch home classic offers 
four uniquely designed apartments to satisfy the needs of extended 
vacationers, diving aficionados, or corporate clients.

Enjoy our private swimming pool, BBQ area and tropical landscaping. A 
coin laundry facility is conveniently located on the property. Ocean 
Breeze is centrally located in the safe, ocean side community of 
Pompano Beach, about 10 minutes North of downtown Fort Lauderdale and 
15 minutes south of Boca Raton. Ocean Breeze is registered with the 
Pompano Beach Police department to provide twenty four hour security 
for its guests peace of mind.

The closest 36-hole golf facility is a five-minute drive. I-95 is a

Gambling: A short drive from Pompano Harness Track & Casino,The Hard 
Rock Casino, and Coconut Creek Casino. Walk to Casino Boat Cruise. 

Restaurants: Enjoy waterfront dining. Some of the best Zagat Rated

Shopping: Walk to local beach shops and the new $150,000,000.00

Vacation Rental Rates

Florida residents ask about our discount rates from April 30-Nov 18,
2006.  A two week minimum stay applies. 


Rentals are for 3 night minimum stays. Rates apply for up to four 
people in one-bedroom units. FOR LONGER STAYS, every fourth week may 
be discounted, per schedule below.

Holidays & special events may be higher. Rentals from Saturday to 
Saturday. A security deposit is required to hold a reservation. A 
$125 exit cleaning fee and 11% state and local tax will apply.

Mulit-month reservations are accepted up to a year in advance  with a 
50% deposit.  
Monthly and weekly reservations are accepted up to 12 weeks in 
advance with a 50% deposit.
