The is 35 feet wide facing the water. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors out to the patio. At over 2300 square feet there is a large living room area with leather reclining couches and a massive entertainment center. A game table is located in front of 9 foot wide doors overlooking the water. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishes, pots & pans and TV. Master bedroom has a panoramic view of Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. A king size bed & private bath with a large glass door shower, two sinks, granite top and whirlpool hot tub ensure the ultimate in luxury. The second master bedroom is complete with a queen size bed, TV and private bath with shower. Full laundry includes washer, dryer and deep sink. Long-term winter rental is preferable, but please contact us with your specific needs.

Grand Isle Condominium Complex is equal to a five-star resort.  From the large swimming pool, hot tub on the deck, fountain, stainless steel barbecue units to the complete exercise room, sauna bath and steam room with showers, you are living in wonderful luxury. The private movie theater has 16 plush seats and the community room has a large screen TV, pool table, player piano, card tables and magnificent bar for the use of the residents. Indoor parking is assigned spaces with electronic door opener is located on the ground level of the building. There are various planned activities in the community room where residents can share food and drink such as one called Thirsty Thursdays

There is a 36 hole golf course a short distance away.  There are many beaches in the area and also several charter fishing and sail boat excursions close by.  Fort Myers (very close) has one of the largest flea markets and farmers markets including fruits and vegetables in Florida. Southwest Florida International Airport is less than an hour away. Grand Isle is a special place to live with a lighthearted and friendly group of residents, many of which are from the Midwestern part of the country.  Fort Myers has one of the largest flea markets including fruits and vegetables that we have ever seen.
