Branson Vacation Rentals is offering this 2BR/BA condo right in Branson, less than 1/4 mile to the strip!  You can run out to a show, do some shopping or hit the golf course and be back in a minute or two.

Comfortable bedrooms for all: Two full bedrooms and a double sleeper in the living area sleep 6.   We've put pillowtop mattresses and high thread count linens everywhere and plenty of extra pillows so you'll all get a perfect nights sleep!   The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom a queen.   A pack n play is availalbe for the little ones too.  Each bedroom has a tv, dresser and nightstand.

Spacious bathrooms: The master bedroom has a double vanity and a step in double sized shower with glass doors.   The second bathroom off the living area has a whirlpool tub.  Soft, thick towels are ready for you.

Fully equipped kitchen: The full kitchen has full size appliances, fully equipped with all the small appliances and tools you need for any meal, such as: toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, table service and more. 

Great Gathering Spaces: The comfortable main level living area with TV is open to the kitchen and dining.   There is also a great view out the doors to the covered patio.  There is table seating for 4 in the dining room, as well as breakfast bar seating for 3.  The outdoor dining area has table seating for 4 also.

Perfect Central Location: Great location in the heart of Branson.   You can be most anywhere in town within a couple minutes.  Lakes are 10 minutes away.  Shows, amusement parks, dining and entertainment are rght next door!

Entertainment: High speed internet & Wi-Fi included. Games, books, dvd's and toys for the little ones as well.

Resort Amenities: Thousand Hills Resort boasts a championship golf course where many celebrities gold, right in the heart of Branson, MO.   There is a playground, onsite tennis courts and a swimming pool.

• Some holidays have longer minimum stays.
• No check ins or check outs on holidays.

Payment/Fees/General Policies

• $60 cleaning/linen fee.
• Taxes are 11.6% of rental amount.
• There is a credit card required for your damage waiver.
• 50% of fees are due at booking to hold your dates, balance at 3 weeks prior to stay.
• We take checks, money orders, MC, Visa and AmEx.
• Check in 4pm.   Check out 11am.
• No smoking.

Cancellation Policies

• Up to 60 days in advance of your dates, there is $100 relisting fee.
• Between 59 days and 3 weeks, you forfeit first installment; within 3 weeks, forfeit full rental amount, unless we rebook and are able to consider further refunds.
• If you are concerned, we recommend trip insurance.
