The PERFECT home for your Sedona Escape.
Very "adult" home, featuring 3 master Kind bedroom suites ensuring
space and privacy for up to 3 couples. (a fourth couple can be added
by renting the guest house as well....please inquire.)

We have recently finished remodeling and decorating this
tastefully designed Southwestern style home. Gorgeous, upscale
furnishings and details.
Outdoor covered patio and Kiva fireplace plus hottub. Huge yard for
privacy. Located at the south entrance to Sedona, not far from the
Sedona Golf Resort.

We are completely non-smoking.

We provide everything you need except food and clothing.
~The kitchen is equipped and stocked in great detail. Including the
kitchen sink.

~The diningroom boasts an artistic copper table for up to 8. Break
bread, make
plans and enjoy stimulating conversation, .

~The livingroom is expansive and opens to a large, partially covered
patio with comfy furniture, dining table, kiva fireplace and hot tub.
Inside or out, the views will knock your socks off! There is a gas
fireplace in the livingroom and 42 inch LCD TV hooked up to Dish network

~Bedrooms are all cozy and spacious. The beds are the BEST and most
comfortable imaginable, with allergy barriers, premium cotton sheets
and pillowcases, quilts and comforters and as many pillows as you
want. Each has it's own TV and DVD.



~2 car garage with automatic openers

~Washer and Dryer

Arrived yesterday around 4. Absolutely love your home! We all do, It is beautiful! The layout is awesome! Thanks for the cool gift basket. We appreciate it! I know we'll enjoy our stay in your lovely home. I've used VRBO several times over the past ten years and although all the properties have been nice this is by far the nicest.

A Home Away From Home

The house is conveniently located in the village of Oak Creek a few miles away from the hustle and bustle of Sedona. The local shopping center has a fabulous bakery, pizza, etc.

Terra Bella is very tastefully decorated, and every piece of furniture and furnishing is carefully chosen with an attention to detail. My son loved his "cowboy bedroom" and is now asking for a hewn wood kingsize bed at home! Warning: not for small children, since the great room has numerous steps that take some getting use to, although my teenage children had no trouble at all with them.

Back yard, what can I say? It's HUGE with views of the red rocks. Sitting in the hot tub under the night stars, who could ask for more? Only danger is you might not want to leave the house to go sight seeing!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, romantic getaway

We have just returned from our week in Sedona and Terra Bella. It was absolutely wonderful. Terra Bella was as much a vacation as Sedona was. There were four of us and each day we set out to explore the area, including Winslo, where we stood on the corner, Meteor carator,rafting Glen canyon, the Grand Canyon, of course, and just exploring Sedona. But another highlight each day, was returning to this beautiful home for grilling and cocktails under the stars! Priceless!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, sight seeing, romantic getaway
