A quiet spot on the water with a lovely back yard and afternoon sun. The living area is waterside and the living, dining and kitchen areas are all open to each other. The kitchen has a sink/eating bar island, great for the cook's helpers to socialize without being underfoot! The living area has comfortable seating and bistro table for extra guests. 2 Flat screen TV's in the living area so no one misses any of the game or show!
The master bedroom is streetside with a private entrance (also hall access) and a king size bed. A large screen TV in the Master is perfect for watching a movie after a day of adventures. The second bath is just steps away and shared with the 3rd. Bedroom. The third bedroom is a great spot to relax on the fouton couch and read a great book or for an extra guest or young child you want close by. Outside entrance to the back yard from this room gives the Master Bedroom privacy when wanted and convenient access to the bath from the yard and dock. The second bedroom has twin beds and a Flat screen TV. The hall bath, next to the guest bedroom, has a tub/shower combination. Both baths have tile floors and surrounds and granite counters for easy care.
30' of seawall on the waterfront offers protected dockage and quick access to the ocean for boating. The Cabana Club is a Pool and Beach Club on the Ocean and is within an easy walk from the property. Access to the Club is included in the rental.

Key Colony Beach offers a municipal park area with tennis courts, basketball court, children's play area and a Par 3 golf course. Sunset Park on the west end right on Vaca Cut has a small beach area, lovely grounds and a great view of the sunset. The community is a great place for walking or biking throughout the residential streets.

Three restaurants, a deli and charter boat row are all within a short walk or drive from the unit. Marathon, which surrounds Key Colony, offers more shops and services including two grocery stores grocery stores, Publix and Winn Dixie, 2 drug stores, CVS and Walgreen’s, a KMART and many other shops, bait and tackle shops, gifts shops and a wide selection of restaurants all within a few miles drive.
More beaches? Sombrero Beach is about two miles away and Bahia Honda
State Park is about a 20 minute drive south. Key West is a great day trip and about 1.25 hours south.

Boat rental companies are available in Key Colony and Marathon, most of them will let you keep the boat at your dock for the week (some will even deliver and pick up the boat!).
