Nearby Sarasota offers Ringling art museum and grounds, art galleries, shopping boutiques and malls, Asolo theatre, Van Weazel theatre, live music, a hands on museum, and Jungle Gardens. Bradenton offers shopping and dining within 15 mins. drive. Tampa is a one hour drive and offers shopping, and various theatres and dining options and Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. The Orlando Theme parks are only 2 hours drive.
vacation rental rates
- $3200/month January-April, April-December $875/week, $2800/month. 11.5% local resort tax. Cleaning fee $125 additional. A separate $250 security deposit is required to reserve rental period. This refundable deposit is in addition to the full rental rate. Nightly rates require a 3 day minimum.
