Vacation Rental Description

Relax and enjoy watching the sunrise over Diamond Head and the 
sunsets in the evening, as you listen to the Hawaiian Pacific Ocean 
crashing on to the tide-pools, all while sitting on the lanai. 
Diamond Head, Pearl Harbor and beautiful sweeping ocean views can 
be seen from the living room, kitchen and dining area. Just steps 
away from your very own tide pools to get lost in.     

The beach house Leilani (Garland of flowers from heaven) is a 3 
bedroom, 1.25 bath home, located at the waters edge.
Walls of windows to the Pacific will dazzel you, as the waves 
surround your senses.
Completely remodeled thru out in June of 2006.
The home comes with a gracious master bedroom and a king bed, 2nd 
bedroom with a queen, and two twins in 3rd room. Your home away from 
home is fully stocked and ready for your enjoyment.

Classic newly renovated Hawaiian style furniture are sure 
to make your trip relaxing, and enjoyable in every way you expected. 
Designed with the Hawaiian theme in mind, soft color walls, designer 
prints accent the forever changing colors of the waters edge.

Relaxation is a way of life in Hawaii, the sounds of crashing surf,  
will fill the home daily in natures time clock.All part of the magic 
of Leilani.
 
Wake to the smell of Hawaiian coffee brewing, or teriyakii grilled 
fish on the barbeque at dinner. You will not have far to travel to 
enjoy your stay with Leilani and her 0hana(family), Leinani.

The beach house Leinani (Beautiful lei of flowers) is an identical 
side by side sister property that is available. Both homes are ocean 
front.
Leilani and Leinani are perfect for larger parties.Both are 
completely seperate from each other, but together accomations will 
sleep 12, and are ideal for family, anniversaries or holidays, 
island style. We kindly ask no large parties Please. 

This beautiful tropically landscaped property with palms at every 
view is gated for your privacy and almost seems secluded as the home 
sits back and generally very private. A covered carport, and one 
open space for parking is also provided.

The beach house Lielani is so close to the waters egde you truly 
have the sensation of being on the water. During large swells you 
may get wet, as the spray may bless you while sitting on the 
lanai.Perfect for tanning.

Tide-pools surround the sea wall ocean front area of the property. 
Beach access is NOT recommended at waters edge (enter at your own 
risk). Sandy beaches can be accessed just a few blocks away.

The grounds are completly enclosed and gated.  A large uncovered 
lanai(patio)is just steps to the ocean. Relax in your beach lounge 
chair at the Seashore grass that meets the 
seawall for your beach enjoyment. The tide-pools are constanly 
changing and fish and sea creatures are always seen from the sea 
wall at the waters edge.    

Ko" Olina Resort and Spa and Paradise Cove Luau are just minutes 
away with all the ammenties of a world class resort. 6 Golf courses 
suround the location.

Vacation Rental Rates

Leilani, $1375-Per week (7 nights)
$196.43 Per night if less than 7 nights
$220 per night for 4 nights (4 night minimum)
2 units (Leilani and Leinani) $2700.00 per week 
11.41% State tax
$200- Refundable security deposit if no damages
$135.00- Non refundable cleaning fee
$200.00 to hold reservation, prior to 30 days
Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival
20% cancellation fee if cancelled 21 days prior to reservation date
