luxurious appointments including high speed internet, flat 
screen TV's with DVD players and a sound system for CD's.  There are  
one king, 2 queens and a trundle bed in the den which can be 2 
twins or another king. Home is located at 12668 Grandezza Circle, 
Estero, Fl. 33928

10% Fla tax if rented for less tahn 6 monts
$250.00 departure cleaning
Golf membership transfer fee $556.50 includes social membership only 
required if you wish to play golf
$232.50 for social membership required for use of club and tennis
