Monthly Rental:

$4,000 winter  (Nov-Feb excluding holidays)

$5,000 spring/fall (March-April, October)

$6,000 summer (May through Sept)

Cleaning fee:  $250 weekly or $350 monthly

Refundable Damage Deposit:  $500 for weekly rentals or $1,500 for monthly

Pet fee:  $50 per week / $150 per month for each approved pet (must be small and allowed only with prior approval)
