Come visit our custom Santa Fe style home, which is beautifully furnished and decorated with luxury. The location is perfect, West El Paso at the Franklin Mountains. The sprawling 3700 sq feet are all on one story, with high vega ceilings, skylights, and ceramic tile flooring throughout. Your family will have plenty of room and feel right at home, as you relax in the living room in front of the fire, or sit outside and breathe the crisp mountain air.

The home feels very spacious and open. Entry is through an outdoor enclosed courtyard, brick floored, with a kiva fireplace. The home opens through two sets of paned glass double doors into the entry room, and then the living room. This enormous space opens to the kitchen, the dining room, and the living area, and it is well lit from all of the large windows looking out with mountain views.

The kitchen houses stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you could hope for. The granite countertops and backsplash, and fully equipped cabinets invite you to prepare a feast for all of your loved ones. The dining table easily accomodates 10, sitting beside windows which look out to the mountains. The living area has leather seating, a 48' flatscreen, stereo, and surround sound, as well as a second fireplace. 

Now follow the ceramic tile to one of 4 spacious bedrooms, furnished with comfortable beds and luxury linen. The luxurious bathrooms await, with all of the comfortable linen you could wish for. And one of the bedrooms provides a computer, printer, and a desk, should you find time to do a little work. 

The backyard is expansive, with a panoramic view of the Franklin Mountains, as well as a lovely city view. The backyard neighbors an arroya, which enhances the already private feel of the home. There is a lovely playscape your children will love. Enjoy a backyard barbeque with friends, or just a glass of wine with your honey!

There is an oversized two car garage available for your use and it is only a quick 8 min drive to highway I-10 or Mesa.
