Come spend your vacation in our what we like to call paradise, nestled along the stunning South Mission Beach coastline where the weather's always gorgeous and the activities are as endless or far between as your heart desires.

Located at 819 Capistrano Place, Just steps to the BEACH or the BAY. It is located 4 houses from the bay (40 yards)and 8 houses to the beach (100yards). This fabulous home with enclosed yard is ideal for romantic getaways, vacations with the family and or quiet intimate staycations. (Very quiet court)

Our luxe Cottage is completely furnished with all of the amenities perfect for a southern California beach vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped and fully stocked with all the tools and gadgets for the Top Chef in your party. Rest assured you will sleep comfortably on either our queen sized bed, (2) twin beds or queen sized sleeper sofa. Enjoy your favorite premium channels while you're away on any of the 2 large flat screen tvs or keep the kids busy while you unwind with a movie.(DVD player.). Take comfort in knowing you're never too far away from family, friends or the office with our wireless internet. Our Seaview beach cottage includes a spacious patio with new furniture for you to enjoy that hot cup of coffee on while you soak up the beautiful San Diego sun. Let's not forget it includes seating for six! Outdoor dining is a must due while staying in San Diego. A brand new gas bbq for cookouts as well as two cruisers to ride off that meal!

Linens, towels, various supplies and beach chairs(4) for your convenience.  A washer and dryer ensure that transition from vacation back to the real world  feels that much easier!
Pacifica Vacation Rentals is happy to provide a booster seat and a pack n play for your little one. There is one parking space behind the home for your use allowing you to just pull up and begin your vacation!
