Lovely 3 bedroom home on a double lot in a Quiet neighbourhood. Well  
maintained & constantly updated to meet the highest standards. This  
home shows like new. Master bedroom has a king sized bed, bedroom 2  
has a Queen bed, bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Master ensuite has has  
accsess to pool area. Large open concept living room/ kitchen,  
vaulted ceilings. double car garage with laundry facilities.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central air & heat. Electric heated pool. With cable T.V.- 2  
televisions c/w dvds & vcr. Fully equipped kitchen with flat top  
stove & microwave, refridgerator & dishwasher washing machine &  
dryer. 2 BBQ, propane % charcoal. All linen & towels. Basically  
everything you would normally have at home will be at the villa, all  
you need to bring are personal items.

Activities and Attractions

Less than 5 minutes to Charlotte Beach. Within 40 min of Gulf  
beaches, Siesta Keys, Inglewood, venice, Fort Meyers. Many golf  
courses. Deep sea fishing, or pier fishing. boat rentals. Largest  
shopping mall in southwest florida about 5 minutes drive. Movie  
theatres, go-karts.Plenty of restaurants. Texas Rangers Stadium,  
Bowling, Mini putt, all about 10 minutes away.Walt Disney is 2 hours  
away.Bush Gardens, 1 hour 20 minutes away.Libary Less than 5 minutes

Vacation Rental Rates

Off season is $625.00 US per week                        May to September. $625.00/Week         
                                                                                October $700.00/WEEK 
High season is $750.00 US per week                      November to April $750.00/WEEK 
                                                                                    ALL Funds in U.S 
                    
ONE WEEK RENTAL add $75.00 Cleaning fee.         
All cost inclusive.                                                    
Rates based 4 people add $25.00 for each 
additional person up to 6 people. 
Children must be 5 years of age or older. 
Refundable Security deposit $250.00 
20% non Refundable deposit
