This is a beautifully remodel which includes new appliances including microwave, range, DW, refrigerator, stainless steel sink, Washer/Dryer, upgraded faucets, hardware, lighting, mirrors, doors, trim, paint, wood blinds, all tile floors throughout! Beautiful brand new furniture, flat screen TV, DVD player and furnishings, extra deluxe! All you need is your toothbrush and your laptop. There are brand new Low-E Windows too.

Master has Queen bed and we've added a sofa which converts to a twin hide-a-bed. The bonus room features a beautiful, large desk, chair and file storage for home office (note: 2nd bedroom has been converted to large open den area). Master has walk in shower, half bath near tucked away hide-a-bed is for guest's convenience and there is an armoire for guest's items and storage. Water, electric, sewer, trash, cable, WI FI, use of pool,  two grills by the heated pool, and Boci Ball area are all included in rent during November 1st - April 31st; May 1st - October 31st tenant is responsible for the electricity due to the lower rent/month during the low season). 

There is a nice recreation room for you to sit inside by the pool, read a book or just sit and chat.  From January till the end of the season, there is Bingo too!  There is some stiff competition, so come prepared!

Mere minutes to Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Fashion Square and just a short drive to The Biltmore and Biltmore shopping and the Financial District, all major freeways, parks, Our AWESOME zoo, Botanical Garden, hiking, downtown Phoenix, AND TONS OF restaurants! Rate is a bargain for this quality and location, $500 per week Nov-April 30th and less in the off season. Minimum stay is 2 weeks, maximum occupancy is 3 people. Huge heated community pool and clubhouse plus assigned covered parking.

Assisted Aniimals ONLY. This is POSITIVELY A NON-SMOKING residence INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE HOME.  Preferance in the high season is monthly rentals but the property is available for 2-week stays; so please call and check for less than a month to see if it is available!
