Vacation Rental Description

3 Bedroom 2 Full Bath 1,350sf condominium at Ocean Villas, a beachfront complex on St. Augustine  
Beach. Our condo overlooks the 1st pool and tropical lagoon, the beachfront 2nd pool connects to the  
private boardwalk entrance that leads you steps to beautiful St. Augustine Beach. Both pools are  
surrounded by lounge chairs and have showers and bathroom facilities.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Master Bedroom Suite has it's own bathroom, queen size bed and a slider leading to the large deck 
2nd Bedroom has a queen bed. 
3rd Bedroom has two twin beds. 
Each Bedroom has it's own television fully equipped with cable. 
Central Air and Heat along with ceilings fans in all Bedrooms and Family room. 
The Family room has a slider leading to the large deck and a television equipped with cable. 
The Kitchen is fully equipped along with full size appliances.  
The Laundry room has a full size washer/dryer and plenty of room for all your beach supplies even a  
couple of surf boards will fit nicely. 
Linens and towels are provided. 
Elevator access to condo.

Activities and Attractions

Minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine to shop, dine, or visit the many attractions; Ft.  
Matanzas, The Fountain of Youth, Ghost Tours (by foot, train or boat) the Lighthouse Museum,  
Ripley's Believe It or Not, Potter's Wax Museum, The Lightner Museum, The Alligator Farm.   
 
Beach activities are plentiful of course; parasailing, jet skiing, boogie boarding, surfing 
(surfboard, boogie boards and chairs are available for rent at the beach). Close by you can take  
surfing lessons at a Surf Camp, rent a kayak on the intracoastal or take a short walk to play mini  
golf.
