This fabulous three bedroom, three bath home is located on the Gulf of Mexico on distinguished Longboat Key. Expereince this true beachfront living at its finest. The kitchen has been extensively remodeled with geranite counter tops and top of the line appliances. The living room and dinette area offer astounding views of the Gulf of Mexico. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors are one way glass. There is an upper deck off the upstairs bedroom as well. The master bedroom and guest bedrooms are located on ground level as well as one guest bedroom with bunk beds upstairs. The living room has a fire place and reading area. The kitchen and dining area open with sliding glass doors out to the lanai and overlook the beach. Enjoy taking in the sun rays on the massive lanai. The Sunset Beach House lets you take in all that South West Florida has to offer.
