Luxury on the Lake. Overlooking beautiful Douglas Lake in the Heart of the SMOKEY MOUNTAINS, this BEAUTIFUL 7 room estate has it all! With 10,000 s/f of luxury living space and 7000 s/f of deck space, there is plenty of room for large family or small group gatherings.
Each room is beautifully appointed and complete with a private bath. Many of the rooms have stone fire places and access to the balconies surronding this awesome home.
The kithen is spectacular, complete with restaurant quality appliances and even a gas pizza oven for a fun family evening. Just off the dining area is the deck over looking the cove and the PRIVATE BOAT DOCK. Thats right! Bring your own boat and enjoy the lake in style. Boat access is easy with a perfect boat ramp. Then a short boat ride to the dock at the base of the hill. There is plenty of room for the empty trailer while your here.
The first floor has a complete kitchen, living area, pool table and two master suites. The main floor, a formal living area, office, kitchen, dining area, and family room.
Up to the third floor and there are three more master suites. Finally on the fourth floor, two more masted suites, a den area and wet bar. The primary Master Bedroom has a wonderfully large Master Bath with a private balcony. Each Bedroom throughout the home is equipped with a walkin closet.
Finally, the beautiful Smokey Mountains, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are just minutes away. Close enough for a day outing but far enough to enjoy the soliture and scenery.
