If you are looking for a home away from home, this is the condo for you.

A short 10 minute walk to the beach and a POOL makes this a perfect location for your beach vacation. This first floor, end unit condo features 2 bedrooms, with 2 full beds in each, a comfortable living room, large dining room and fully stocked kitchen. Put your dinner in the crock pot and head to the beach! When you return, there are chairs for you to sit on the porch and relax while you wait for dinner to finish. Pack light,there is a washer and dryer in the unit, along with 3 TVs (all with cable), a DVD player with a variety of movies, games, Xbox(dvd capable) and FREE  WI-FI. Hopefully, you'll have sunny weather, but we've got you covered for a rainy day! Hope you'll come and enjoy our condo as much as we do! 

** If you have little ones, we'll help lighten your packing by providing a pack & play, bed rails and booster seats!

Located just off Coastal Highway and 28th Street (bayside), the condo is minutes from everything. Conveniently located within walking distance to the beach,nightclubs, restaurants, mini golf, The Jolly Roger Amusement Park, convenience stores, and much more. Near the 28th street beach entrance, there is a bathroom, rinsing station and boardwalk bar. A short 45 minute ride to the Rehoboth outlets and 10 minutes to OC outlets and casino. An all day ride on the OC bus costs only $3.00. Leave your car at home,but is you plan to drive to the beach, parking is free at this end of the boardwalk.

Partial weeks or long weekends for September-May are fine!

Off-season: $550 per week or $80.00 per night apply from  October through April. Long weekends accepted with a three night minimum. Rental for an entire month (Sept-April) is negotiable. 

 Book early as weeks fill up fast!

Dec 29 - April 27 $550 a week or $80 per night
April 27 - May 4 $650 a week or $95 per night
May 4-11 $700 a week or $100 per night (Springfest)
May 11-18 $800 a week or $125 per night
May 18-25 $1250 a week or $185 per night

May 25 -  June 1  $1650 or $250.per night (Memorial Day)

June Graduate Rates -$2250- $2450 for 7 nights (see rates below)

Rates for July and August- $1250 (with the exception of July 4th week). FAMILIES ONLY! Full weeks only.

• Oct 5 and there after, $550/week or $80/night

Renters under 21: refundable security deposit of $800 
$300 refundable security deposit for all other rentals
Tax will be added to the total rent.

A cleaning fee of $55. will be added to partial weeks
