Calla Lily Villa is our Stunning Florida Vacation Rental Home near Disney with Lake Front pool terrace with jacuzzi spa and huge lanai only 15 minutes from Disney and situated in the highly sought after Crescent Lakes community in Kissimmee.
Calla Lily Cove at Crescent Lakes is situated in an enviable location set amid wooded conservation areas and several lakes and it is adjacent to the Reedy Creek Nature Reserve with an abundance of wildlife in and around the area yet it is still only 10 minutes from Highway 192 with all it's major shops and restaurants and 15 minutes from Walt Disney World.
All of the houses on Crescent Lakes are built on large lots with big gaps between the neighboring houses so they are not all on top of one another offering our guests the maximum privacy and seclusion. This is quite unusual for most homes in the Orlando area.
Our privately owned vacation rental home in Kissimmee has a wonderful private pool terrace on a lake front setting with a shaded lanai and jacuzzi spa.
It is a quality vacation home with lots of space for families to spread out and with no other houses immediately on top of you.
The pool and spa back onto one of the many lakes so it is nice and private for when you just want to relax and take in the sunshine whilst enjoying your Florida vacation.
Our Disney pool home is fully air-conditioned with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it has been beautifully furnished by us personally to a very high standard and includes all the facilities and amenities to make your vacation really special.
There is a King Master bedroom on the 1st floor with walkin closet, full en-suite facilities, Cable TV, ceiling fan and clock radio.
The Queen Second bedroom on the ground floor has an adjoining bathroom, ceiling fan, Cable TV and clock radio.
A further Queen bedroom with Cable TV, ceiling fan, clock radio is situated on the first floor together with the two twin bedded rooms all of which have Cable TV, ceiling fans, clock radios and roomy closets.
The 2nd living room on the ground floor also has Cable TV and a Queen sleeper sofa for occasional sleeping when required.
All bedrooms have Cable TV, Ceiling fans, clock radios and the Family Room has a 42" Plasma TV with DVD making 8 TV's in total.
The Family Room and Breakfast Nook both have patio doors leading out to the lanai and pool terrace so you can have breakfast inside looking out over the lake or outside sitting under the lanai by the pool.
There is a separate dining room to the front of the house with access to the fully equipped and spacious kitchen.
The upstairs loft/den has a Computer with Free High Speed Internet access, TV, PlayStation2 console with games, sofa, cordless phone and lots of reading books.
A separate laundry room contains a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Hair dyers are supplied in all bathrooms and all towels and linens are provided including towels for the pool area.
There are 3 cordless phones available with Complimentary Long Distance and International Calls and a voice-mail facility.
The brilliant Games Room has an 8ft Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball and Electronic darts plus table and chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need and it also has a remote control under counter Radio/CD player.
We are already booking up really quickly for 2010 as our beautiful Orlando vacation home is extremely popular so please inquire early to reserve your dates and avoid disappointment.

None of us really wanted to leave and return to our own homes.

"Hi Linda, Yes, we all arrived home safe and sound, although we were dragging our feet because we didn't want to leave! I had intended to email you, just had not had a chance. As it is, we have soccer (football) practice in 15 minutes for both my kids, so I will hurriedly tell you want a wonderful place you have! We thoroughly enjoyed the house. It is quite beautiful and very spacious.
After being able to have lots of space, I don't think I can ever stay in a motel again! The kids loved having their own rooms, with their own televisions, (a luxury in their eyes as I won't let them have one in their rooms here at home...mean mom!!) They also enjoyed the playstation! Piper, my daughter wants you to know "It Works!" (We had a little trouble figuring it out at first.) Anyway, my mother enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the birds. The cranes visited everyday.
The kids fished in the pond and tried to find the alligator, both without much luck. But they had fun anyway.
I have bragged so much about how wonderful your house was that several friends have expressed an interest in possibly using it on future trips. I will give them your email. Ok, I suppose I should go now before we are late.

"Linda, We had a very enjoyable stay in your house. It was beautiful and was a great place to relax after our daily theme park excursions.
The kids spent all of their free time in the pool, and we adults unwound in the jacuzzi every evening. The view of the pond is also very beautiful, and the kids really enjoyed feeding the pair of Sandhill Cranes that visited us every day.
The kids were really hoping to see an aligator in the pond, but the adults were just as happy that there were none to be found! They also had a great time in the game room, playing pool for hours on end. We'll definitely be checking to see if your house is available the next time we visit the Orlando area. It was an awesome week, and we're all sad that it's over and we have to go back to
work.

And, the house was so beautiful and luxurious, as well as being wonderful for the children. The inside fence around the pool was especially wonderful! The children enjoyed the pool and gameroom so much that they actually requested to leave Disney World early to go back to the house! I would definitely recommend your house to other family groups visiting the area. There was enough room for everyone to have fun, and have privacy. My daughter had a terrific 3rd birthday there! I do hope we left everything in acceptable condition. We were rushing after the children to keep them from eating near your beautiful white carpets!
