renovated full kitchen, available for Sat-Sat weeks;  $1600.  Located 
in North Bethesda, Maryland on the METRO Red Line 300 feet to the 
Grosvenor-Strathmore Station near NIH, Bethesda Naval Hospital, and 
White Flint Mall.  Convenient to everything, free parking, newly 
renovated bathrooms, newly furnished.  Please let me know if interested.

If you want to pay by personal check, bank check, or money order full 
payment and security deposit are required. 
 
If you want to pay by credit card…

of payment on eBay, you can sign-up for PAYPAL to send funds. Signing 
up only takes a few moments. If you choose to pay by PayPal I will 
absorb the ~3% PayPal fee because of the ease of use and the ease in 
record keeping. This is the only method I have to take your credit 
card.  Full payment and security deposit are required.
