This property is located in Oceanside one mile from the 5
freeway, with a three minute drive to the beach and historic downtown
Oceanside.  A quick drive to grocery stores,
shopping centers, the harbor, pharmacies, movie theatres, and restaurants.

Minutes from Oceanside Harbor, Lego Land and Camp
Pendleton.  Less than one hour drive to Disneyland!  Approximately forty minute
drive to Sea World, The San Diego Zoo, The Wild Animal Park, the Balboa museums
and several aquariums.

The property itself is lush and green and the neighborhood
features a beautiful park within walking distance.

The price is right to visit San Diego, get out of the heat
and visit all of the local attractions. 
You can go to the beach every day and cook all meals from home!

August, September & October are the best beach months!
