Our luxury 1200 sq/ft 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo was completed in 2002. It can sleep 6 people in comfort and has been furnished to the highest
standards. It is quietly located on the middle floor and is a
lovely, bright corner condo overlooking a landscaped conservation
area.

It is less than two minutes walk to the main Pool and Clubhouse.
The unit is fully air conditioned and equipped with all new
furniture and appliances. The kitchen has a full size cooker/oven,
integrated microwave, large refrigerator with ice-maker, full size
dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee machine etc, etc. There is also a
full size washing machine and dryer in a laundry closet.
The master bedroom includes a queen size Bed, 32"wall mounted flatscreen T.V.
Large en-suite Shower-room. The second bedroom features a queen bed, 21" flat screen T.V.  The third bedroom has a 19" flat screen with DVD/game cube. The second and third bedroom share a full bathroom. 
 There is a large well furnished lounge and dining area, and a screened lanai (patio) with furniture.
The lounge has a large 47" wall mounted Flat screen cable TV with dvd
player.  The telephone has free calling anywhere in North America. JUST IN NEW WI-FI that is free in condo.

A hair dryer and all linens and towels are provided

Sorry - No smoking is permitted within Condo and no pets are
allowed.
