This nice Cedar City vacation home on a single level has an open floor plan. Just few steps from the Southern Utah University.  Air conditioning, beautiful furniture and linens.  Wood flooring throughout (no carpets!).  All new and well equipped kitchen stocked with  coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar and drawer full of spices.

 The open floor plan is user friendly and a great place to relax. Entertainment center has  46 inches flat screen TV with cable connection, radio,  DVD  and DVDs.  Wi-FI available.   Commercial size washer and dryer with all the necessary laundry supplies stocked for your use.

Large and private yard is a great place to enjoy a BBQ!

  In few more months we will have a master bedroom added. The remodeling will continue  only when the home is vacant. If you are looking for a 3 bedrooms, 2 baths home and is planning to visit the town in 3 months, please check on our progress. We will then have bedrooms sleeping arrangements as follows:  Master bedroom w/queen bed, second bedroom w/queen size bed and third bedroom with 2 single beds.

Great location in Cedar City,  steps from Southern Utah University and just 6 blocks from downtown. Situated less than a mile from the beautiful  Cedar City Acquatic Center.  Smiths Food Market is just 4 blocks away.   Residential area away from high density buildings. Plenty of parking and close to everything!

As Shakespeare wrote once: “The Play’s The Thing"!  You will find it truth here in Cedar City.  From the  Tony Award winning Utah Shakespearean Festival  to the natural playgrounds of Bryce Canyon, Zion, Kolob Canyons and Cedar Breaks National Monument Cedar City delivers fun and wonderment all year long. In any direction there’s a myriad of scenic byways that lead to exciting adventures from slot canyons, world -class mountain biking, to epic downhill skiing of Brian Head and Eagle Point,  and stunning hiking in the two million acres of the Dixie National Forest. 

 Enjoy fishing?  Panguitch Lake Resort has a long history as a great fishing resort. It is listed by national sportsmen as one of the ten best trout lakes in the United States. There is also good stream fishing nearby. Navajo Lake is also few minutes East from Cedar City in the Dixie Naional Forest. Great boating and fishing spot!

The main cultural events in Cedar City are the Utah Shakespearean Festival,  the Neil Simon Festival  (the only festival in the nation completely dedicated to Simon's work ), the Groovefest American Music Festival (one of the nation’s largest free music festivals) , the Thunderbird Film Festival,  the Iron County Fair - held in Parowan, just 15 minutes north of Cedar City,  the  Cedar Livestock & Heritage Festival where 2,000 sheep are paraded down Main Street.  Many other festivals and events are held throughout the year, like the Utah Summer Games (over 10,000 participants) and The July Jamboree and Car Show.

WINTER: Brian Head has many ski lifts - great begginers run and advanced runs, great place for snowboarding, snowshoeing, snow mobiling.

SUMMER: Brian Head is southwest Utah's premier mountain biking area referred to by Outdoor Action Magazine as "Downhill of the Gods". Located at 10,000 feet, Brian Head has over 100 miles of downhill, single-track and an additional 100 miles of cross-country trails. Brian Head Resort features Utah's largest mountain bike park with 5,000 ft descents and pro designed freestyle elements. Many of Brian Head's trails are accessed by a pre arranged shuttle or by the ski chairlift on the weekends. Brian Head town features three full service bike shops, with rentals, gears maps and shuttles to many of the trail heads. Nearby Cedar City has three bike shops to serve both mountain bike and road cycling enthusiasts

Payment in full  (rental, damage deposit,cleaning fee and tax) must be paid 35 days prior to check-in date.   Short notice rentals: Full payment needed 48 hours prior to check-in-date.

Cancellation Policy: 

Late cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If cancelled 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival, we refund the full amount paid, less $100.00 booking fee.    

If cancelled within 30-60 days prior to arrival date we will refund 50% of amount paid and will apply the other 50% to a future rental.  We encourage all renters to purchase travelers Insurance.
