A beautifully landscaped group of 2 story townhouse – like condos directly on Venice beach.  Just a short walk to the jetty, where the fish always bite  To the street side, behind the condo complex and on the bay, is the famous Crow’s Nest for dining, boat rental, bicycle rental and special fishing trips.  Historic Venice Avenue, with it’s charming shops and restaurants, as well as tennis courts is about 1 mile away. 

 This upstairs unit has a view to the Gulf and to the beautiful gardens.  It is tastefully decorated with a comfortable sofa and reclining easy chair in the living room where there is cable TV, telephone and an Internet modem.  The dining area has a round table with 4 chairs.  Sliding doors open to the balcony where there is an outdoor table with 4 chairs to enjoy dining and relaxing alfresco and watching those beautiful sunsets.

The two bedrooms have their own baths.  One is a full bath with a tub and the other with a shower cabin.  They have each twin beds but queen beds can be provided.

The kitchen is galley style with new stone countertops.  There is a stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.

The unit is air-conditioned or heated and has ceiling fans.

There is a heated communal pool by the beach with lots of lounge chairs.
