Nightly rates vary, with most starting at $125.00, and a 3 night 4 days minimum stay is expected.

*  Fiesta rate start @ $135.00 & up

*  Nov & Dec rate start @ $160.00& up

*  Most rental will require a $150.00 security deposit.

*  Reservation not cancelled within 30 days before check-in will forfeit deposit.

*  A cleaning Fee of $100.00 is accessed.

No Trailers or Recreational Vehicles are Allowed on the Premises.
