Open floor plan has a spacious living room with flat screen HDTV and dinning room, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area. The Lanai has new dark screen with table and chairs great for reading, if you wish. Large Master in back of home two other bedrooms in front of home, all bedrooms with queen size beds. Home also comes with supply of linens, bath towels with ceiling fans throughout.
The home is tree block from Bonneybrook pool and within a mile from several other pools recreation centers and executive golf courses. A short ride to Southern Trace Shopping Plaza and Arnold Palmer Championship golf courses,
