This 2600 SF 3 bedroom home has all en-suite bathrooms for your privacy and comfort.

Large closets with built in drawers and extra hanging space make it easy to feel at home right away. Separate laundry room with extra towels, sheets, iron and ironing board complete the desires of the fastidious vacationer.

The lovely pool terrace with 4 cushy lounges and cast iron umbrella table seating four provides comfort for those spending the day swimming, napping and tanning.

All the bedroom suites have separate terrace access with their own sliding doors. They also are equipped with whisper quiet split air conditioners for those light sleepers who close up the room and hibernate at night.

The kitchen is standard size (not large) with a roomy fridge, dishwasher, dispose-all, microwave oven, gas stove, blender, toaster oven and coffee/cappuccino machine. 

We are careful to provide newer clean quality cookware, utensils, and linens to ensure your most pleasant experience possible.

For the media savvy, we provide 30mb broadband wireless service for enjoyment of all internet services including Netflix and Pandora Radio using our accounts. The livingroom has DirecTV full service satellite channels including HBO, Showtime, Starz, ESPN Sports package and on-demand.

There is a local phone line, as well as a house laptop used for international calling for a few cents a minute to the US and the rest of the world using Skype. 

The house printer is available for those needing copies of online reservations or to scan and fax via your own computer should you wish to do business while on vacation. Minor ink and paper charges apply to those wishing to do high volume work from the house and can be ordered in advance.

Many personal services are available for a 20% service fee above cost for almost anything you may require in advance or during your visit.

Walk less than a mile to town to find hand crafted souvenirs or dine in the architecturally rich 300 year old town of San Jose del Cabo. Here you will meet the warmest population of artisans and restauranteurs found anywhere in Mexico.

Walk 10 minutes to the Mayan Pro Shop and get set up for a local round of golf, or drive a mile or 2 to numerous world class Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses such as Querencia, Campestre, Palmilla, and Cabo Real all overlooking the glistening golden sea. The Grand Mayan Clubhouse Restaurant features fine Italian dining and wood-fired pizza al fresco so you can dine out, drink, and not drive, but walk a few meters home! Very elegant and safe.

Directly along the highway a few blocks up the street you will find easy grocery shopping at the enormous and inexpensive Mega Store which has everything from groceries to swimwear. The budget-oriented outdoor food court features fantastic sweet crepes, a Starbucks with free WIFI, all the local traditional fare and boasts a wide veranda with stunning ocean view.

For those who like to stock up and dine in, there is Walmart, City Club, Sam's Club, Costco, Soriana, and Chedraui, Europa (international wine and cheese warehouse) all on the main road within a few miles of the house.

Many who visit like to rent a car and visit the new marina at Puerto San Jose, or the fabulous wild rocky beaches on the East Cape. For the outward bound scuba at the rare tide pools at Los Barilles, or hike to the 7,000 year old Clovis cave drawings with a local guide.

For the foodies, in addition to amazing first class restaurants like Palmilla, Las Ventanas or Morgan's there are two organic farmer's markets and a couple of organic farms open to the public including Flora Farms which sells baked goods, meats and produce, has a fabulous restaurant and a gallery, all on the idyllic acreage a few miles out from town in their own private valley.

The wide miles-long walking beach down the street from the house has every Mexican beach activity imaginable, including whale watching, scuba, para-sailing, surfing lessons, massage, horseback riding and more. You can walk to the estuary, a rare seaside bird sanctuary to see the pelicans, red vultures and egrets nesting in the tropical palm grove oasis.  This beach is ideal for daily power-walking for the health conscious traveler.

Since it rarely rains, almost every day can be an outdoor adventure, even if you just stay home and work on your tan by the pool!

At a little over $8 per person it avoids the blame game associated with deposit deductions and saves many freindships among guests who don't like splitting the cost at the end of the day if their friend caused damage.
