Totally Worth It!!

Everything was pretty accurate & clean. We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The purpose of our trip was a finding a central location between our family, friends & Disney while staying in Florida. The level of customer service & comfort was excellent! We had absolutely no problems during our stay.

We utilized the laundry facilities & the pool during our stay, both were good. The reason we opted for the condo was to cut-back on our overall expenses over our 2-week stay. It was a short notice trip because my daughter's cheer team won a bid to U.S. Final's in February. We anticipated touring attractions at a rate of 3 days on, 1 day off for a total of 8 days, followed by 4 days visiting a different person each day, plus a day for practice & packing followed by a prompt departure from the condo before competition.

Your home helped tremendously!! We were able to cook and function like we would at home. We packed food most of the days we were out touring and/or visiting. A *helpful hint for out of state traveler's*- pack as much food as much Milk & Meat as you can before arriving in FL. We noticed that those items were marked up significantly higher than what we're use to paying in Michigan.

Most of our travels to Disney ran about 20-30 minutes from the time we started the car to the time we turned it off and we did not take any toll roads (nor did we have to). This is very useful information. When we went to Universal our drive was 45 minutes one day & 25 minutes the next.

If you are planning on visiting the attractions & have transportation I would STRONGLY recommend this as a wonderful alternative! Here's why: I planned our trip on-line I anticipated $8000 in expenses for 2 adults & one child. When I explored other options I planned on cutting out $3000 in expenses. Here's the BIG SUPRISE!! Altogether including tickets (3day Disney with out hopper & added 1 day water park; a week pass to Universal with Express options & add a day at Wet N Wild),all travel, accommodations, 3 high end meals away from the condo (each over $100 under $150 with tip & a dinner show), fuel, rental car & souvenir's we spent just under $3500.00 total!!

The original plan in 2010 was planning a Disney & Florida trip for Thanksgiving 2011, we had to work within our means to make it to her cheer competition & didn't desire to make the same trip twice in 1 year.

We will be doing this again!!
