You can create leisurely meals in the well-equipped kitchen and also Grill outside on the Terrace.  A Generous dining area is perfect for festive evenings at home.

OUR RATES:

Winter 2012-2013: Five Night Minimum
5-8 Guests or 3-4 Bedrooms:  $465 per Night or $3255 per Week
1-4 Guests or 1-2 Bedrooms:  $365 per Night or $2555 per Week

Fall 2012: One Week Minimum
5-8 Guests or 3-4 Bedrooms:  $325 per Night or $2275 per Week
1-4 Guests or 1-2 Bedrooms:  $250 per Night or $1750 per Week

Rates INCLUDE the 10% government tax and 10% service charge and are quoted in U.S. Dollars

OUR OCCUPANCY:

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.

Maximum 2 persons per bedroom. $25 per person for each additional person over 10 years of age.

No charge for children less than 10 years of age in the same room with parents.

TO MAKE A RESERVATION:

50% deposit is required at time of reservation with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival full payment is required.

If canceled prior to 60 days of arrival a full refund will be issued (minus $100 administration fee). If canceled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided.

Payments may be made via wire transfer or certified bank check. VISA and MasterCard are also accepted.

Credit card required for $500 security deposit.
