Aviana Resort is an exclusive 46 acre tropical destination resort conveniently located in Southwest Orlando within close proximity of the Walt Disney World main entrance with rapid and easy access via I-4. This resort offers a unique vacation experience that includes delightful amenities and stunning tropical landscaping with the comfort of a beautifully appointed, private vacation villa. Accommodations are offered at Aviana Pool Villa within the gated resort and provide a beautifully furnished living area, lanai and west facing private pool, fully
stocked kitchen and private bedrooms and bathrooms. The resorts amenities include swimming pool, spa, fitness center, business center, sand volleyball, children's playground and putting green.

Aviana Pool Villa is a 4 bedroom / 3 bath vacation villa that sleeps 10 people.  The first master suite includes exceptional quality king size bedding, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, 37" Flat Screen TV with Blu-Ray player, glass sliding doors leading to the west facing pool and there is an en-suite bathroom which also leads to the pool area. The second master suite includes the same exceptional quality queen size bedding, closet, ceiling fan, 42" flat screen with Blu-Ray and full en-suite bathroom. Two double twin bedrooms both have closets and share a full bathroom and are decorated in Harry Potter and Mickey Mouse themes.

 A game room comes complete with carpeted floor, a pool table, air-hockey table, foosball table and a dart board.  It has a full laundry facility-washer and gas dryer at the house and all bedrooms have a flat screen TV’s with cable.

The Living room will let you kickback in front of the new 47" TV equipped with a Xbox and Blu-Ray Player.

The pool is oversized and as can be seen from the pictures takes up the majority of the pool enclosure.  There is still room for the loungers, exterior dining table and gas grill which is included an no additional charge.
