Vacation Rental Description

Aloha, and welcome to paradise and our Hawaiian home -  A spacious, 
air conditioned, non-smoking, luxury condo located in the Keauhou 
Gardens section of the prestigious Kona Coast Resort, one of the top 
rated condominium resorts on the Big Island. New: Free Broadband 
Cable Internet Access.

The Unit:
* Easy access - Our unit is level with the parking lot.  No stairs!
* A secure, second floor unit with a private Lanai, not accessible 
from the ground and not visible from the other units!
* A preferred “End” Unit – Plenty of windows to let in the Kona 
breezes.  Ceiling fans in each room.
* Private front door entrance – no hallways.
* Equipped with a modern tri-zone central AC unit – each room can be 
cooled separately using wireless remote temperature controllers!

The Rooms:
* Spacious accommodations – Over 1500 sq. ft. of living space!
* Living Room – Beautiful cherry wood flooring. All new, sturdy wood 
and wicker island-style furniture, including a queen size sofa bed. 
* Living room – New 42 " High Dfinition (1080p) wall-mounted LCD TV 
with DVD player and Philips 2.1 home theater sound system. Stereo 
with five CD changer, pre-loaded with five Hawaiian music CDs!
* Dining Room – Cherry wood flooring. Solid wood dining table, seats 
six.
* Kitchen – All new appliances include built-in GE digital thermal 
and microwave ovens, Maytag Quiet Series III Dishwasher, Jenn-Air 
36” Ceramic Cooktop, Frigidaire Gallery Series side-by-side 
refrigerator, and another table-top microwave oven! Extremely well 
equipped – service for eight, rice cooker, wine glasses, service 
trays, salad spinner, crock pot, etc.
* Unit comes with a new, full-size GE Profile washer and dryer.
* Master bedroom – Huge bedroom, featuring a firm California king 
bed, desk with chair, wicker rocking chair. and a new 32" wall-
mounted LCD TV with cable and DVD Player.
* Guest Bedroom – One new queen bed, one new extra-long twin bed, a 
42 inch wall-mounted LCD TV with cable, DVD player, and an XBox game 
console, complete with five games. Full size ironing board & iron.
* Two full baths, each equipped with a hair dryer.

The Lanai:
* A fantastic, spacious ceramic tiled lanai – over 320 sq. ft.!  
View the colorful Kona sunsets each evening, right from the lanai.

The Extras:

Since we often spend our family vacations in Kona, we've equipped 
this condo with just about everything you may need as well as some 
extras to make your stay comfortable and memorable. You'll find an 
assortment of books, DVDs, videos, board games, XBox games and 
magazines for your enjoyment. Everything you need for a day at the 
beach is also included:  Beach towels, chairs, mats, umbrella, 
boogie boards and assorted coolers are available for your use. We 
are proud to state that we've invested over $40,000 in improvements 
in this unit in the last 5 years, and we'll continue to invest in 
this unit to make it one of the finest vacation rentals in Kona!

Activities and Attractions

The Keauhou area offers a large selection of activities to please 
most any vacationer, and most of these activities are within a short 
distance of the Kona Coast Resort.  Snorkeling, golf, swimming, 
kayaking, whale watching, tennis, volleyball, cruises, biking, and 
jogging paths are just a few of the activities that this area 
offers.  Just six miles away is downtown Kailua-Kona, which offers 
even more extensive activities, restaurants, sightseeing and 
shopping opportunities.

Vacation Rental Rates

All rates are for up to 4 guests. Add $20/night for each additional 
guest.
Contact us for special low rates on "last minute" bookings. (i.e Within the next 4 weeks) 
September & May Special Rate .....  $155/night
mid-April to mid-December .... $165/night
mid-Dec. to mid-April & Ironman week ... $205/night
Additional one-time cleaning fee of $125 & Hawaii Taxes (11.42%).
Four-Day Minimum Rental.  Rates includes free central AC and 
broadband internet.  Contact us for lower rates on extended stays 
(3 weeks or longer).  Stay at a first class, central air conditioned 
luxury condo for about the same price as an average condo in Kona!
