vacation rental description
This is a newly refurbished 2/2 golf course condominium located on the 9th fairway of the IMG Golf and Country Club (formerly El Conquistador G&CC). It faces south west and has unobstructed sunset views from its third floor 27 foot screened lanai. The unit includes everything you will need from new sheets and towels to three TVs and secure wireless internet.
As it is on the ninth fairway it is a quick and short walk to the club house which is located on the Bay of Sarasota. They have great amenities, golf, and a very nice restaurant.
Each bedroom and the living room have walk outs to the screened lanai. The cement and concrete block construction of this building make it very secure and quiet. You will not be disappointed with the privacy and quality of the accommodations. The pool is within 100 feet of the building and includes a community grill.
Please note that the condominium corporation does NOT allow pets and that every guest is screened to ensure the safety of all tenants. The building is 4 stories high and our unit is on the third floor. There is an elevator. Please note there is a $100 security application fee that applies to all rentals. For multiple month rentals this fee will be included. All rentals include complementary maid service following your stay so that you are not cleaning on the last day of your vacation. This is a private residence that we are proud to own and offer to responsible guests. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
