Idyllic Villa in, Hvar, Croatia- Totally Unique! in Hvar

The villa is in a beautiful seaside position being the only house on
the bay (only 30 meters from sea)surrounded by pine woods plunging
into the sea, our villa has an enviable view out to sea, and is set
amidst the natural glory of the Mediterranean countryside. The sea
is crystal clear and only a few kilometers away is the picturesque
and chic town of Hvar, capital of the island of the same name.

Still a relatively undiscovered jewel in the Mediterranean, it
caters for all tastes and offers the extra dimension of simple
elegance and historic beauty.

Noone who has visited has come away unimpressed by the outstanding
beauty that they have found here.

The villa is comfortably furnished with fully equpped kitchen,
dishwasher, washing machine, electric cookers (x 2), fridges (x 2),
electric fans, toaster, kettles, iron, sandwich maker, blender,
music station etc.

We have two large beautifully furnished bathrooms each with
Granite/Marble surfaces, large mirrors, mood lighting and music
stations which play through speakers in the ceiling.

In the sitting room there is a satellite TV,DVD home cinema & hi-fi.

Outside there is a traditional barbecue and a lovely veranda looking
out to sea.

There are sunloungers and seaside stuff - buckets & spades,
dinghies, snorkels and fins, etc.

There are also a number of classic games available. in addition
there is a table tennis table on a terrrace overlooking the
mediterranean woods and hills.

A dinghy with motor can be hired at an additional cost of £100 per
week. Its a great way to explore nearby bays or to go fishing and

The shaded woods provide tracks for walkers, and there is a wealth
of flora and fauna to be enjoyed in this beautiful Mediterrean
countryside.

Anglers, divers, snorkellers, & boat people will be in 7th heaven,
and children and sunlovers will find it a perfect spot to relax and
play

June,July and August are the most expensive (£3300) but remember
12 people can sleep comfortably and compared with the per night per
person rate at this time of the year - if you can find anywhere to
stay in Hvar in high season - and you will find our prices very
favourable.

The rest of the time our prices are terribly modest and it is sunny
in Hvar most of the year round.
