This immaculate lake-front, year round, property has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths,2 kitchens, gathering rooms and a 4 season sun porch. Enjoy 220 feet of sandy beach on the west side of beautiful Mullett Lake. Lots of grassy area for kids to play.Sleeps 6 comfortably, with two top Bunks for kids (see pics). The back cottage has a queen bed, the lakefront Cottage (in main pic) has two full beds, both with bunks on top. Close to Indian River and Cheboygan. Mackinac Island Ferry is 25 miles to the north. Harbor Springs and Petoskey are a thirty minute drive to the west. Launch your boat from nearby Topinabee and moor it just off Long Point.

The Indian River connects to Burt Lake to the West and the Cheboygan River connects to the Straits of Mackinac to the North.
