Vacation Rental Description

Sanibel Shore To Please - while relaxing and enjoying the wonderful  
view from the screened lanai overlooking the professionally  
landscaped garden and tranquil Gulf of Mexico.  This comfortable  
fully equipped condo has been recently renovated containing a full  
kitchen,dining area,living room,bedroom,den and bathroom conveniently  
located just steps from the beach, pools, tennis courts, restaurants  
and all of what Sanibel Islands, Sundial Beach Resort has to offer.   
Unit H208 is fully furnished with 2 full size beds and sofabed. There  
are beach chairs, umbrellas, tennis rackets and bikes in the unit.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Sundial Beach Resort spans across 33 acres with approximately  
2000 feet of white sandy beach. 12 tennis courts, 5 heated swimming  
pools with poolside tiki bar and grill, fitness Center, Shuffleboard  
and Jacuzzi Spa

Activities and Attractions

Biking, hiking, boating, sailing, fishing, swimming, shelling, golf,  
tennis, shopping, dining, theatre or my personal favorite RELAXING !!

Vacation Rental Rates

$725.  weekly (Off Season - 3rd week after Easter to week 
                before Christmas except Thanksgiving week.)  
 
$1075. weekly (Thanksgiving Week, Saturday - Saturday) 
  
$1200. weekly (Shoulder Season, January and 2 weeks after Easter) 
  
$1750. weekly (Peak Season, February thru Easter week plus 
                Christmas & Easter weeks) 
 
Add $38. non-refundable booking fee and 11% Florida Tax.
