Carol's Island Home is a charming, clean, comfortable, roomy, 1600 sq. ft. home with a sparkling screened in-ground swimming pool and patio located in a family neighborhood. Tropical and nautical decor throughout make this vacation home a true island getaway! Relaxing living room, den, eat  in kitchen, and dining area will be enjoyed. This Island Home has enough space for 8 people! You will be pleased with the close proximity of shopping, restaurants, entertainment, cruise ships, area beaches, boat launches and every water sport imaginable!

Centrally located on Florida's East Coast on tropical Merritt Island only 10 minutes to world famous Cocoa Beach and home of Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral.  Disney and Orlando attractions are only about an hour's drive.  Sea World is 45 minutes away! .  Direct 45 minute drive to Orlando International Airport & 50 minutes to Melbourne International Airport.  There is always something fun and interesting to do within a short drive!

Merritt Island has constant refreshing ocean breezes and offers a mild climate, which averages 70- 85 degrees most of the year. Whether you come summer, winter, spring or fall, you will love this area of The Sunshine State and Florida's Space Coast!

Swimming pool, HD Cable TV, WiFi, DVD, Central Heat and air, washer and dryer,  fully equipped kitchen with full sized refrigerator and icemaker, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, cooking utensils. All bed linens, bath and pool towels are provided. Electric BBQ Grill, local telephone service.  Four bedrooms contain one queen bed in the master BR, one queen bed in The Tropical BR, two twin beds in the Nautical BR, one queen bed in the Palm BR, plus a queen sofa bed in the living room.
