This is a new and beautiful 3-bedroom, two-story home right on the
beach of Dungeness Bay. You cannot get closer to the water (unless
you jump in!!)

Watch the cruise ships, cargo ships and submarines cruise through
the glorious Straits of Juan de Fuca. Gawk at the spectacular views
of Mt. Baker, the lights of Victoria B.C., and the New Dungeness
Lighthouse. Bald eagles, heron, otters and seals are regular visitors.

As if these ocean vistas were not enough for your eyes, the opposite
side of our home faces the majestic Olympic mountains. You will see
some of the most spectacular sunsets over these snow-capped jewels.

"The ocean is both beautiful and healing", as Ernest Hemingway wrote.

We have three bedrooms:
(1) Two twin beds (downstairs)
(2) One queen bed (upstairs)
(3) Two twin beds (upstairs)

There is also a "den" that has a queen-size futon (upstairs)

Beautifully decorated with lighthouse and nautical themes, this is a
fully furnished home. Modern kitchen with all appliances and
utensils. Dishwasher. Refrigerator. Oven. Microwave. Coffee maker.
Toaster.

Wireless high-speed internet.

Washer and Dryer. Telephone. Hi-speed Internet. Cable TV. DVD player.
VCR. Stereo.

Two bathrooms. One upstairs (with shower) and one downstairs (with
tub).

Large deck in front and small deck in back.

You really don't need to bring anything.

But you'll take away memories that will last you a lifetime.

Sequim offers many great activities and attractions. Hurricane
Ridge, the Dungeness Spit (for those folks up for a great hike),
Lavender Farms galore; the Olympic Game Farm; the Blackball ferry
across the Straits to Victoria B.C.; local kayaking tours; fishing
and crabbing; beautiful State parks, 3 gold courses, etc.

We have a little country store down the street from the house and for other shopping, the town of Sequim has a Costco, WalMart, Home Depot, PetSmart, etc.

Lighthouse Manor is also a great place for golfers' weekends.  Use the house as your home base while you hit the links during the days.  There are several great golf courses in Sequim and the annual rainfall of LESS THAN 13" makes this an ideal place for winter golfing in the Northwest!

You won't run out of things to do.

But you may just want to sit on the beach all day and soak in the
views and the salt air.
