Very Nice Home!!!

Overall, we had a awesome time the week we were there in the Keys with family. The house and property was wonderful. Very nice and well kept home. We just had some issues with getting some things sorted or fixed while we were there. The realtor that handles this property is very nice but doesn't have very much knowledge about this property in terms of where things are located,etc. The whole entire time we were there we had NO WI-FI connection which was terrible. Someone came to look at it and tried to fix it but was not successful and the whole week went by without caring if we had issues or not!! Also, the description of the property is NOT very clear. It does NOT state that the downstairs bedroom with the queen bed and the 3 sets of bunk beds is a total separate entrance to the main house. This was NOT something we wanted. Some advice!! This needs to be added especially families with a lot of small children. If we had known this, we probably would have went with another home. Also, the bunk beds have NO ladders!! How do you expect little ones to get on the top bunk? Not very safe. There needs to be more knowledge about this property if you are the realtor. This is very important, I think. I suggest putting some instruction manuals for the TVs/satellite operation, the pool instructions of how to turn on waterfall, etc. HOWEVER, after all that, I felt it was a Beautiful home with a huge open kitchen, lovely upstairs master bedroom with huge bathroom and closet space. Very nice and was quiet and felt like I really had my privacy that I wanted. We had a great time and would recommend this house to others but the description of the home needs to be clarified on the realtor's website. FUN and GREAT week in the Keys with family.
