Only two blocks from the beach in a quiet complex, our bright and  
spacious second-floor condo is perfect for a family or couples.  We  
personally clean and maintain the condo and keep it in sparkling,  
immaculate condition just for you!  
 
This two-bedroom unit has everything--an eat-in kitchen with  
additional breakfast bar and laundry area, a comfortably furnished  
living room area and two full baths.  Kitchen and baths have ceramic  
tile while the living area and bedrooms have new, plush carpet.  The  
master bedroom has a new king-size bed and a full, private  
bath; the guest bedroom has two twin beds with a second full bath  
adjacent to the bedroom.  The living room is furnished with a queen- 
size sofa sleeper.  Our private balcony overlooks the seasonally  
heated pool and tropical courtyard.   
 
Stroll or drive to direct beach access at Miramar Beach Park where  
you can enjoy beachside dining at Pompano Joe's. You will love  
Crystal Village II and the affordability of this fun and relaxing  
beach vacation.

cruise, charter a fishing trip, go sailing or just relax and watch

9/4 - 10/31    $90/daily      $540/weekly    8/15-10/31 Only $500 
11/1 - 2/29    $75/daily      $450/weekly       
 
Rates subject to 11% tax.  No cleaning fee on weekly rental; $60  
cleaning fee on rentals less than one week.  $200 deposit due within  
5 days of booking; full payment due 14 days prior to arrival or  
reservation is cancelled and deposit forfeited.  Three-night minimum  
stay.     
 
Singles under 25 must be accompanied by parent/guardian.
