Only two blocks from the beach in a quiet complex, our bright and spacious second-floor condo is perfect for a family or couples. We personally clean and maintain the condo and keep it in sparkling, immaculate condition just for you.

This two-bedroom unit has everything--an eat-in kitchen with additional breakfast bar and laundry area, a comfortably furnished living room area and two full baths. Kitchen and baths have porcelain tile;  the living area and bedrooms are carpeted.  The master bedroom has a plush king-size bed and a full, private bath; the guest bedroom has two twin beds with a second full bath adjacent to the bedroom. The living room is furnished with a new Klaussner queen-size sofa sleeper. Our private balcony overlooks the seasonally heated pool and tropical courtyard.

Stroll or drive to direct beach access at Miramar Beach Park (complete with boardwalk and bathhouse) where you can also enjoy beachside dining at Pompano Joe's. You will love Crystal Village II and the affordability of this fun and relaxing beach vacation

Rates subject to 11.5% tax and $75 cleaning fee.  $200 deposit due within 5 days of booking; full rental payment due 30 days prior to arrival or reservation is cancelled and deposit forfeited.  The $200 deposit converts to a refundable security deposit.  Three-night minimum stay. Payment by check, money order or PayPal.

Singles under 25 must be accompanied by parent/guardian.
