Wedowee and take in all that nature has to offer. Lake Wedowee is
known to be one the of cleanest lakes in the Southeast. With 10,700
acres and 279 miles of shoreline, the fishing is excellent with the
lake being home to large mouth bass, spotted bass and crappie. This
home is within 1 mile of the Hwy 48 bridge, a local fishing "hot
spot". We are within 1.5 hours drive of Atlanta and Birimingham and
approximately 50 miles from Talladega Motor Speedway. The town of
Wedowee is within 5 miles and there you will find antique stores,
shopping, drug store, local hospital and a wonderful family style
restaurant for those who enjoy southern cooking.

Use of this home includes a large covered boat dock, 2 jet ski
docks, and a canoe.

Come ski, fish, swim or just relax!

$250 security deposit, $60 cleaning fee with each rental

Half of rental fee, cleaning fee and security deposit due at time of
reservation. Balance due no later than 10 days prior to scheduled
arrival date.

Check in time 3pm central time
Check out time 11 am central time

Please, No pets, No smoking, must be 25 years or older to rent this
property.

Cancellation Policy:
For cash payment: A full refund will be refunded on all
cancellations made 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

For credit card payment: A full refund minus a 5% service fee will
be credited to card on all cancellations made 30 days prior to the
scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days of scheduled arrival will
result in a refund of the security deposit, cleaning fee and 50% of
the entire rental fee.

Cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled arrival date will
results in a refund of the security deposit and cleaning fee. The
entire rental fee will be forfeited.
