One of the nicest condos in Shorewalk! ONLY 5 MILES TO GULF COAST BEACHES. Our 1270 sq. ft. villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and sleeps 4-5 people. This beautiful designer-decorated villa, a comfortable ground floor end unit in the Shorewalk Resort complex, overlooks a tranquil lake. The location is peaceful and quiet.

There is nothing quite as relaxing as sitting on the lanai and enjoying the breezes and the tropical birds. The living/dining area and the lanai are so comfortable and cozy that you will never want to leave. Attractive tropical ceiling fans in living room and master bedroom create a cool breeze. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, a DVD player in the living room and a DVD player in the master bedroom. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, spacious walk-in closet, fully equipped desk with another phone and answering machine and an en suite bathing area.

The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a separate bathroom. There are handicap “grab” bars in both the master bathroom shower and the guest bathroom bathtub. The villa has free WiFi (wireless internet) and free phone service to U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.

This villa is managed by Shorewalk Vacation Villas. Sorry, no smoking. No pets, boats, trailers, RVs OR jet skis are allowed at Shorewalk.

Shorewalk Resort 

The Shorewalk Resort Complex is located near the Gulf of Mexico, Longboat Key, Anna Maria Island, and the beaches. Covering an expanse of 30 acres, Shorewalk is the perfect place to take peaceful nature walks. The complex also has two heated swimming pools, two hot tubs, two tennis courts, a basketball court, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, and a clubhouse with ping pong, a large TV, free WiFi, and other amenities. The newly remodeled clubhouse also lends free equipment. You can enjoy “catch & release” in one of the resort's 6 stocked lakes.

Location & Activities
There’s plenty to do in Bradenton. Its proximity to Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key makes it the perfect place to stay for those who enjoy spending their days on the miles of white, sand beaches. Aside from the beaches, visitors will find a vibrant downtown with restaurants, galleries and boutiques along with the South Florida Museum, a planetarium, science and natural history exhibits, as well as the Mote Marine Labs & Aquarium, where visitors can view exotic fish and explore a hands-on tank where they can pick up starfish and pet sting rays.

Visitors can shop and explore Village of the Arts, a working artists’ community, or check out Emerson Point Preserve archaeological site and Gamble Plantation (once a working antebellum sugar plantation), and the historic fishing village of Cortez. St. Armands Circle is a must-do for shoppers who can browse clothing boutiques and enjoy the fine dining. Also, just off of I-75, Ellenton Premium Outlets – with scores of stores including Saks OFF 5th, COACH Factory, and more – is another place for shopping. The Ellenton Ice and Sports Complex, near the outlet mall, offers a fun way to get out of the sun. Bradenton is also home to the prestigious IMG sports academy.
