This 2500 sq ft. 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is available for short stays as well as for extended stays. This is our 2nd home so please call me personally. It is fully-equipped with everything you need, luxurious amenities and activities nearby. Great for families!
Due to the economy we have reduced our rates (our home rented in peak season at $2600 a week). As homeowners we want to be selective.

Stay at "A Touch of Seaglass" on a corner lot located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach in premier beach area and enjoy the evening with Gulf views from all 2nd and 3rd floor balconies of this beautiful, three level home. It is located on the gulf-side of scenic 30-A and is less than two miles from Seaside in the small, private community of Seagrove Beach. SouthWest Airlines flys directly into Panama City airport. This is only a 20-30 minute drive from the beach house. We share a gated heated swimming pool and tennis courts with only eight neighboring homes and the beach is less than a 150 yard walk - no streets to cross - via the private access.

Comfortable and stylish furnishings highlight this non-smoking, four bedroom, three and a half bath home. The house offers a front swing enclosed by a screened-in porch on the first level, pinewood floors, and tile baths. Most bedrooms have balconies with Gulf views. The house also comes equipped with internet access via a cable modem and wired/wireless router and includes extended cable with access to movie channels and on-demand.

Floor Plan:
* The main level includes a full kitchen with seating for 6 (and fits an additional 3 at bar), family room with fold-out couch, TV/VCR/DVD combo, surround sound system, dining area, two closets, a half bath and a full bath, and large laundry room with washer/dryer and sink. One bedroom (queen size bed) with walk-in closet and balcony to screened porch.

* On the second floor is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, private bath with whirlpool tub and large separate shower, and balcony with Gulf view. The guest room has two twin beds, full bath and balcony with Gulf view. The kids' room has 4 bunk beds, separate half bath and shares "Jack and Jill" bathroom. Most 2nd floor bedrooms have balconies with Gulf views. All bedrooms,except the bunk room, has a TV and DVD player.

* The tower room is a sitting room with decks on both sides with great Gulf views.

It met our family's needs very well. Plenty of comfortable beds-the quality and beauty of the home can't be topped. We've been coming to Seagrove for ten years from Round Rock, Texas and think we have landed on our spot after trying other types of accomodations. Love the quiet-short walk (no traffic) to the beach, comfy living room, gorgeous kitchen and all the porches. The grill outside got a lot of use, our daughter loves to read up in the tower room and watch the sunrise/set. Great to have a washer/dryer, shower outside, plenty of towels and kitchen goods. Your management/cleaning people do a great job, easy to get keys and start our vacation when we arrive. I really have no complaints-our family we have invited back to join us accepted right away when we told them we booked Seaglass again. We are planning on renting bikes this year, that is the only thing I can think of that might be nice to have there. Thanks for checking on us. -Christy

Our time at A Touch of Seaglass was AWESOME! The house was perfect. There was nothing that I would change. The beach was just a short 5 minute walk away. It was quiet and peaceful. We have never been to this area, usually Destin and I will have to say this is a gorgeous area. The house was perfect. We had 5 Adults and 5 kiddos and we loved this house. Enough room for all of us. The tennis courts and pool were nice since they were very close by our house. There is a tv in every room except for the bunk room. The house had everything we needed. - Susan

My family met up here for Labor Day Vacation 2009 - and it was awesome. The home is just a 3 minute walk from the beach and if necessary you can drive, park and unload right at the access gates. The house is laid out great for multi-families. The bottom floor has living & dining areas, ½ bath, kitchen, and laundry along with a nicely decorated queen suite with full bath. The second level hosts the king suite (with private balcony) with an amazing bathroom with huge shower, double sinks and Jacuzzi tub. It also has a bedroom with two twin beds (with private balcony) along with a bedroom with two sets of bunk-beds. Adjoining those two bedrooms is a Jack and Jill bathroom. All in all there are 3 ½ bathrooms which was enough for everyone and I had three teenage girls!!! There is a spiral staircase up to the widow’s walk and the view from there is amazing. There is a nice set of wicker furniture on the third level, along with additional outdoor furniture on the walk. The widow’s walk was one of our favorite spots in the house. After dark, we enjoyed the screened porch and swing just off the living room on the first floor. The appliances are all up to date, there are plenty of dishes and utensils for everyone and all appear to be relatively new. The home overall is in good condition and nicely decorated. There is a gas grill off the back deck and the owners have an umbrella for you to take to the beach. An added touch is the heated outdoor shower!!! The real beauty of this home is the location and views. The town of Seagrove is quaint and quiet with a nice shopping center, large grocery store and several area shops to stroll through. They offer bike rentals and we enjoyed riding our bikes around the area. This is all adjacent to the Seaside area which also has shops and restaurants to enjoy. This stretch of beach is what’s best – I have stayed in large condos with packed beach areas and this was by far the best stay we’ve had. It’s a quiet beach where you have room to enjoy your stay without being surrounded by crowds and you’re just a 15 minute drive from both Destin and Panama City Beach where we did our souvenir shopping and took in the night-life. I would highly recommend this house to any family looking a peaceful, safe area (security came thru on a regular basis), with quiet stretch of beach and at the same time just minutes from the large cities. I would definitely look into renting this house again for our next Florida vacation. - LeeAnn

This house is so beautiful. My family and I stayed there this summer and it was great! The house was fully stocked and the beach was so close. We didn't have to cross any main roads to get to the beach and the pool and tennis courts were just across the street. It was so quite and peaceful. We had plenty of space for the entire family, total of 10. We would rent A Touch of Seaglass again! I would suggest this home to anyone looking for a great Florida vacation. -Christina
