The Holiday home is situated on Florida's Gulf Coast, in the
Sarasota
area of South West Florida. The Luxury Villa features 3 Bedrooms 2
Bathrooms, and a Heated swimming Pool.

James Holiday Villa is set in a quiet safe residential community,
less than 20 minutes drive to the beautiful white sandy beaches of
the Sarasota coast, the many renowned shopping centers, area
attractions such as the World Famous Busch Gardens, and the many
World Class Golf Clubs in the vicinity.

James Holiday Villa is conveniently situated close to the many
amenities in the Sarasota area. The Villa is fully Air Conditioned,
with ceiling fans in every room, has 3 bedroooms 2 Bathrooms
complete
with all linen and towels, an enclosed Solar heated Pool, and a huge
sceened patio and porch area around the pool to the rear where you
can relax, or why not set up the barbeque and make yourself an
American style burger to eat whilst you all relax around the
pool!!!....ah ! dreams are made of this...........

The Siesta Beaches are the closest to James Holiday Villa and about
15 to 20 minutes drive away. You will find that James (and Veronica)
have thought of everything for your Holiday !!! They have even
provided beach towels, chairs, loungers, and a cooler box for you to
take to the beach.........The Siesta beach resort area features wide
open expanses of the finest white sand in the world.
It is super safe for the Kids here, The beach slopes off very
gradually and you have to go out a long way to be in any danger..the
water is usually very warm in the summer months and is ideal for the
swimmer and snorkeler, large shells and sharks teeth can be found
here....or why not just relax.....take plenty of sun lotion...it
gets
quite hot here....
